Costs

Question; what does Mahmon charge for delivery?
Answer; Nothing!

All delivery costs are included in the price of our silver jewellery, the price you see is the price you pay.

Time

We send out all orders the same day if received before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the same day if possible, if not they will be sent the next business day.

Method

We send our jewellery 1st class recorded delivery. For orders over the value of £100 we will send special delivery. Any order placed before 2pm should be with you the next day, but that does depend on the Post Office!

Returns

We happily accept returns, even if you return your jewellery simply because you do not like it. If you return your jewellery within 14 days of receipt and in the condition it was sent to you we will give you a full refund. See our terms and conditions for more details.

Worldwide

Our website does not offer an option for worldwide delivery at this time, however we are able to ship to most countries. Please contact us at sales@mahmon.com with the details of what you would like to order and where you want it sent. We can then give you a quote for the cost of worldwide shipping.
