  • Q. What do you charge for delivery?
  • A. Nothing! Delivery costs are included in the price of all or products.


  • Q. How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?
  • A. We send out all orders the same day if received before 2pm, Monday to Friday. We send our jewellery 1st class recorded delivery, this means it should be with you the next day, but that depends on the Post Office!


  • Q. Can I return any jewellery I buy from Mahmon, even if it is because I just don’t like it?
  • A. Yes of course. If you return your jewellery within 14 days of receipt and in the condition it was sent to you we will happily give you a full refund. See our terms and conditions for more details.


  • Q. Are Mahmon silver pendants supplied with a chain?
  • A. We believe in freedom of choice and so we do not supply our pendants with a standard chain. You are free to select any chain from our range or supply own; all our pendants are designed to fit most standard chains available in the market place.


  • Q. What is the best way to care for my jewellery?
  • A. All Mahmon silver jewellery is finished with a protective layer of either Rhodium in the case of our silver finish or 18ct Gold in the case of our Vermeil finish. We do this because both these precious metals are durable and resistant to tarnishing. If your jewellery becomes dull simply polish with soft cloth or wash in warm soapy water. Never use any abrasive materials on it.


  • Q. What happens if my jewellery gets lost in the post?
  • A. In the unlikely even that your jewellery never arrives contact us immediately and we will investigate with the Post Office. Should any claim need to made from the post office we will deal with this and simply give you a full and immediate refund.


  • Q. I'm nervous about buying online, how secure are my credit card details?
  • A. Your card details are very safe. All financial transactions and data transfer is carried out via the PAYAPL payment gateway. This is one of the most secure and widely used payment gateways on the internet. At no time will Mahmon have access to or hold your credit card, bank account or PAYPAL account details.
